Cebu Marriott Hotel – Considered as Cebu’s American brand celebrates its 4th Of July American Independence Day with American dishes that would take you to an all-American feels as they celebrate this gift of history on July 4, 2017 which is exactly 241 years of America’s adoption of the Declaration of Independence that dates back July 4, 1776.
Experienced a whole new western palates as I was invited to join a Media and Bloggers Foodie Huddle at the Marriott Hotel in Cebu City as they served the best of America with some of the mouth-watering American dishes, I am so in-love with some of the foods that they will be offering on 4th of July 2017.
Roast Prime Rib with Mixed spices
Roasted very slowly to make sure that the beef is super tender and premium mixed with potato, carrots and other ingredients that classic Americans usually eat during Independence Day. I’ve got two slices of it during the event and I loved the tenderness of the beef.
Whole Roasted Salmon stuffed with Lemon and Herbs
Whole baked salmon stuffed with lemon inside that was cooked slowly and perfectly to retain the salmon’s natural juices. This is one of the best salmon dish I’ve tasted so far.
Marriott’s Signature Mini Burgers
The mini-burgers were made this way to enjoy the dinner without filling out your tummies with burger the entire dinner that I would consider a really good idea because I get to try other dishes as well while enjoying the feast.
Toffee Moist Chocolate
Made with toffee, caramel and moist cake that would complete your dinner buffet with a blast.
Also, the buffet includes your choice of complimentary ice cold beer or chilled wine to complete the day!
I also enjoyed playing Beer Pong with fellow blogger friends but its so unfortunate that it rained so we stopped playing. I’ll definitely go back and enjoy the beer pong again!
